Q: How can I clean my bows?

A: Spot clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent or soap, lay flat to dry.

 

Q: Does Mia & Matthew's Boutique offer refunds or exchanges?

A: We always hope that every customer loves our products but in the off-chance you receive something you don’t love, please email us at help.MiaandMatthewsBoutique@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your products and we will make it right! Please understand a response may take 24-48 hours to receive. All refunds will be issued as store credit.


Q: Where is Mia & Matthew's Boutique located?

A: Everything is handmade with love in San Diego, CA

 

Q: How long is your turnaround time?

A: TAT can always be listed in the announcement bar, TAT for handmade clothing is 30 business days, and 7-14 business days for bows. If you orders bow and handmade clothing, the TAT will be the TAT for handmade clothing. This does not include weekends or holidays. Order updates can be tracked in the Shop App, via email, or through our Facebook VIP Page Mia J’s Bows VIP.  

 

Q: My package is lost during transit, what can we do?

A: Unfortunately once the package leaves our hands, we no longer have control. Please direct your concerns to our email and contact your local post office.


Q: What are the sizes and styles of bows that you offer?

A: Bow sizes and styles can be referenced on our “Bows & Beyond Style Guide” page.

 

Q: Do you offer clothing sizes past 3T?

A: Yes! We can make clothing up to 10y, additional costs may apply.
